Create an Account and Sign In
First, open the account creation page in the VPNQJ user dashboard. VPNQJ doesn’t require an email address; create an account with a username and password. Choose a username you can keep track of, and set a unique password for this service. Check your details, follow the on-screen instructions to create the account, and then open your account page. If you already have an account, sign in with your existing details—there’s no need to create another account just to add a device.
Store your username and password in a trusted password manager. Because account creation doesn’t require an email address, don’t assume email recovery will be available, and don’t rely solely on your browser to remember your password. After signing in, check that the account shown is the one you expect, especially on a shared device or in a browser where you’ve switched accounts. This helps prevent future orders from being placed under an account you rarely use.
Use your account to manage orders, plans, subscriptions, and support tickets. The client handles the actual network connection; it’s a separate interface. Creating an account alone won’t connect your device. Next, choose a plan, get your subscription, and import it into a client. If you’re already signed in and have an active subscription, go straight to “Get Your Subscription” below.
Choose a Plan and Confirm Your Order
Open the plans section in the user dashboard and choose between a monthly plan and a data package based on how you’ll use the service. Monthly plans are suited to ongoing use: ¥9.9/month for 60GB, ¥18/month for 250GB, and ¥28/month for 500GB. Data resets monthly on the date you activated the plan, not on the first day of each calendar month. Choose an allowance based on your video streaming, file transfers, and everyday browsing—not the number of devices, since the service supports unlimited devices.
If your usage varies, consider a data package: ¥158/300GB, ¥358/1000GB, or ¥658/3000GB. Each package lasts until the data is used and never expires. Data packages and monthly plans are measured differently, so compare the price, available data, and reset terms. If you upgrade a monthly plan mid-cycle, the price difference is converted into remaining days. If you’re unsure how an upgrade will affect your account, check the details in the dashboard before confirming the order.
Once you’ve chosen a plan, check the tier, amount, and billing type in your order. Then pay using Alipay, WeChat Pay, or USDT, as offered at checkout. Return to the dashboard to check the order status and confirm the subscription is active in the overview. Closing the payment page doesn’t necessarily mean the order is complete. If the status hasn’t updated, refresh the order and overview before considering another payment.
VPNQJ offers a 14-day money-back guarantee. See the refund policy for details on how to request a refund. This guide covers the main setup steps; see the pricing page for full plan details. Make sure your account has an active subscription before getting a link, so you don’t mistake an inactive order for a client issue.
Get Your Subscription in the User Dashboard
Open the account overview, check your plan status and remaining data, then find the subscription options. The dashboard may offer a direct import that opens your client, or let you copy the subscription link. If you have a compatible client installed, try the dashboard’s import option first. If your browser doesn’t open the client, copy the link and add it from within the client instead. There’s no need to keep clicking the same import button.
A subscription link isn’t a regular website address; it contains the information your client needs to retrieve server configurations. Use the dashboard’s copy function to avoid missing characters at the end of the link. Paste it directly into your client—don’t send it in public chats, shared documents, or screenshots first. If you contact support, hide the full link and share only the error message and relevant account status.
If you’re setting up another device, sign in to the same account in that device’s browser and get the subscription from the overview. This helps avoid changes or errors when transferring the link. Unlimited devices doesn’t mean configurations sync automatically: install the appropriate client and complete the import and connection setup on each device you want to use.
After importing, the client usually saves the link as a subscription profile. You can later use “Update Subscription” or a similar option to retrieve the server list again. Don’t enter your account password in the subscription URL field, and don’t mistake an individual server name in the client for a subscription link. For more on the differences between subscriptions, servers, and protocols, see Servers and Protocols. You don’t need to write a configuration manually.
Import on Each Platform Client
Open the client section in the user dashboard and choose the option for your device’s operating system. For Windows, macOS, and Android, use the VPNQJ client provided in the dashboard. For iOS, follow the dashboard instructions to get a compatible subscription client from the App Store. Client downloads and available subscriptions are managed in the dashboard after you sign in; a valid plan is required to access the download links. Don’t look for installers on unfamiliar sites, and there’s no need to submit your subscription to an online converter.
For each platform, the goal is the same: the configuration is saved and the server list is loaded. Seeing only a subscription name isn’t enough. If the list is empty, check whether the import finished, whether the subscription needs updating, and whether the newly added configuration is selected. Once that’s done, move on to checking the connection rather than judging streaming availability during the import step.
Windows: Add from a Subscription or Configuration
Install and open the VPNQJ client provided in the dashboard for Windows. Find the management option labeled “Subscription,” “Configuration,” or something similar. Add a new configuration, then choose the option to import from a link and paste the subscription URL you copied. If there’s a name field, enter a name that helps you identify it. The name is only for your own reference and won’t change your plan or server details.
Save the configuration, update it, and select it. Once the regions or servers appear, return to the client’s home screen and make sure the selected configuration is your VPNQJ subscription. When you connect, if the system asks for network-related permissions, confirm the request comes from the client you just installed before allowing it. If other proxy software is running, pause its connection first to prevent multiple apps from changing system network settings at the same time.
macOS: Make Sure the Configuration Is Loaded and Selected
Get the VPNQJ client for macOS from the user dashboard, then open its configuration or subscription management section. If you use the dashboard’s direct import option, your browser may ask whether to open the client. Allow it, then confirm the subscription was added in the client. If no import window appears, return to the configuration page and paste the link using the option to add a URL or link.
After saving and updating, check that the server list has loaded, then set the subscription as the active configuration. Whether the client keeps running after its window closes depends on the app. Check the menu bar or app status to see if the connection is still active. If the system asks to configure the network when you connect for the first time, follow the client’s instructions; you don’t need to change unfamiliar system settings in advance.
Android: Allow the Connection Request After Import
Get the VPNQJ client for Android from the client section of the dashboard. Open the app, go to the subscription or configuration page, and paste your subscription link using the add-link option. Save and update it. If you copied something else beforehand, check that the pasted address is the complete link you just got from the account overview—not a regular website URL.
Select the imported subscription and open the server list, then return to the home screen to connect. When Android displays a VPN connection request, check the app name and allow it so the client can establish a network tunnel. If the connection tends to drop when you switch apps or lock the screen, check the system’s background activity and battery settings for the client. Observe what happens first, then adjust the settings according to your device’s instructions.
iOS: Import into a Compatible Client Using the Dashboard Instructions
On iOS, first check the dashboard’s current App Store client instructions and confirm that the client supports the subscription format. Then get and install the app. App availability requirements are determined by the App Store listing; don’t confuse any third-party client charges with your VPNQJ plan. Return to the dashboard and use the corresponding import option. If it doesn’t open the client automatically, add the subscription using the client’s URL import feature.
Save and update the subscription, check that the server entries appear, then select the region you need. On your first connection, iOS will ask permission to add a VPN configuration. Follow the system prompts, then return to the client to check its status. If another VPN configuration is already active on your device, disconnect it before testing so you don’t mistake its status for a VPNQJ connection.
Connect to a Server and Verify It Works
In the server list, choose an exit region that suits your target service, then connect. For streaming services such as Netflix, choose a region for the catalog you want to access. For AI tools, first check which regions the tool currently supports, and try to keep the same exit region while using it. Region selection and account eligibility are separate issues: a successful connection in the client doesn’t guarantee the platform will accept your account or make all content available.
If the client offers a rule-based mode, start with the default rules so traffic that needs a proxy is routed through the appropriate servers. There’s no need to change protocols, DNS, and routing rules all at once. Keeping changes to a minimum makes it easier to identify what’s working. To compare direct routes, relay routes, and IEPL dedicated lines—or to understand the trade-offs between protocols—see the detailed technical guide to servers and protocols.
Once connected, open a browser and visit a regular page on the target website to make sure it loads. Then try the streaming or chat feature you need. The client’s connection indicator alone isn’t enough to verify access: check that the site opens, the feature works, and the exit region suits your needs. If the page still shows an earlier error, reload it or close the old tab and open a new one.
If a webpage won’t load, first disconnect the client and check that your local network works normally. Then check that the subscription is active in the dashboard, data is available, and the correct configuration is selected in the client. Update the subscription and try another available server in the same region. Change one thing at a time and check the result before proceeding. Changing several settings at once makes it hard to tell what fixed the issue.
If regular webpages load but a streaming service shows a region notice or an AI tool denies access, describe the specific message instead of saying the network is down. Check the platform’s supported regions and your account status, then try a suitable server. Content licensing, account region, and the platform’s own risk checks can all affect access; repeatedly disconnecting and reconnecting may not resolve the issue.
If you still need help, open a support ticket in the user dashboard and include your device’s operating system, client name, selected region, error message, and the steps you’ve already tried. Hide your subscription link and sensitive account details in screenshots. Keep your active subscription configuration for everyday use; when the server list changes, update it as needed. You don’t have to create another account or add the same subscription again.
